Kensington Palace presents the 2013 Summer Ball: Moonlight and Stars Bright
Come join us on Friday 12 July 2013, when we will be celebratniig an evening will dedicated to vintage glamour inspired by the star-studded parties of the palace’s past.
The evening is part of the Palace’s ongoing programme for the new exhibition Fashion Rules.
Doors open at 20.00, with the evening’s entertainment including:
Little Violet, a sprinkle of swing, catchy melodies, a cheeky bass line, bouncy beats and a lot of style from the new Electro Swing sensation.
The Tootsie Rollers
A fusion of glamorous, golden-era classics sprinkled with contemporary magic from these six perfect pin-ups!
The Inteli-Gents, vocal harmony & Doo Wop with swingin’ jivin’ Big Beat rhythms - these dapper chaps will leave your feet sore and your ears smiling!
Marawa’s Majorettes, super-fun hoola hoop troupe and a powerhouse group of pals, fresh from the 2012 London Olympic torch relay and supporting Kate Nash on her recent album launch

Limited tickets available, advance booking strongly recommended. Tickets: £28.00 (Over 18s only)
Dress code: 1950s glamour/palace chic, best frocks and sharpest suits, early Beatles vs Stones. Prizes for best dressed guests. Don’t be a goofball.
